FAQ – Order Support & Store Policies
How to Place an Order
Choose the products you want and add them to your cart.
Continue to checkout using either PayPal or the regular checkout page.
Enter your email address, full name, and complete shipping details.
If you have a discount code, apply it in the Discount field before payment.
Review your delivery address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
After checkout is completed, confirmation will appear on screen and will also be sent by email. Support: service@noventiis.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please contact support and provide:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
After the issue is reviewed, the correct item will be arranged and shipped without extra cost. Email: service@noventiis.com
Confirming Your Order
Your order confirmation email contains your order number and purchase details. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Modifying an Order
Order changes may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. After this time, processing may already begin. Contact: service@noventiis.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Choose PayPal → sign in to your account → approve payment → return to the order confirmation page.
Discount Codes
Enter the promotion code → select Apply → the discount will appear in the order summary.
